You are solely responsible for the content you create and share on the app, and you warrant that such content does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any applicable law or regulations. Qwibble and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from the app without our prior written permission.
Advertisements

Qwibble may display advertisements from third-party networks and partners. These ads help support the free version of the app. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party advertisements or services linked through these ads. - Data Collection and Personalized Ads
We may allow third-party ad networks to collect certain information about your usage of Qwibble to provide relevant advertisements. If you prefer an ad-free experience, you can subscribe to Qwibble’s Ad-Free Subscription. This subscription removes third-party ads but does not affect in-game promotions or Qwibble-related announcements.
Ad-Free Subscription

Users may purchase a subscription to remove advertisements from the app. The subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled. Pricing and billing details are available within the app and are subject to change. - Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s app store settings. - No Refunds
Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a prorated refund. - Changes to Subscription Features
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription features at any time, with or without notice. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Qwibble is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we make any warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Qwibble.
